Patrol Skoll
A 400pt Space Wolf patrol.
Pack Skoll 5 Wolf Scouts led by Wolf Guard Skoll, the scouts have two plasma pistols and a melta gun. Their ability to infiltrate has proved very valuable on a number of occasions.
Pack Heimdal 5 Grey Hunters led by Brother Heimdal the most senior member of the pack, transported in a Razorback.
Even Pack Heimdal find a full mob of slugga boyz extremely hard work. Patrol Skoll This Space Wolves patrol is made up of a pack of 5 Wolf Scouts, led by Skoll a Wolf Guard Leader. They are equipped with 2 plasma pistols and a melta gun. Skoll uses a bolt pistol and power axe and wears a Wolf Pelt. The second pack is a 6 man pack of Grey Hunters, led by the senior member of the pack, Heimdal. This pack has a power sword, power fist and is also equipped with a melta gun. Squad Heimdal is transported in a Razorback APC, with a las-cannon, twin linked plasma guns and a pintle mounted storm bolter. The whole patrol is 397 points. This is a pretty mean patrol, the scouts ability to infiltrate and the mobility of the Grey Hunters makes them an effective fighting force. The Razorback serves several purposes, it provides transport, heavy weapon support and a big target for enemy patrols to concentrate fire on. The weakness of this patrol is it is relatively small and can be easily overwhelmed, as excellently proved by Adrian Wood and his ferocious Orks. Thanx Adrian.
